As a philosophy, I believe in paying it forward. If I’m further along in any part of my life — emotionally, professionally, or spiritually — the least I can do is share what I’ve learned. Because of that, I honestly can’t keep myself from helping others. Whether someone is facing a financial hurdle, navigating personal loss, or simply feeling stuck, I find deep purpose in helping them make sense of what’s swirling around in their heads and lives.
That drive has followed me throughout my 25-year career in Supply Chain, not just in my work solving complex business problems but in the everyday conversations where someone needed perspective, a sounding board, or a safe space to process. I’ve been that person for others in and outside the workplace for as long as I can remember — and now I’ve chosen to lean fully into that calling.
The PASE Framework wasn’t born in a boardroom — it was forged through real-life challenges, personal pivots, and the ongoing pursuit of clarity. I created it not just as a methodology but as a deeply personal roadmap to help others navigate their own lives — not just professionally, but personally, emotionally, and practically.
I don’t see myself as someone who just hands people the answers. Instead, I walk beside them as they clear the mental clutter, calm the chaos, and move forward with grounded confidence. This work isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am.
