Coaching and therapy sometimes overlap — both can feel healing, supportive, and transformative.
Therapy is a clinical service focused on diagnosis, treatment, and healing psychological disorders or acute trauma.
Coaching is non-clinical and is focused on clarity, direction, habits, identity, confidence, and forward momentum. In coaching we do talk about your story. We may explore past experiences, emotional wounds, and repeating patterns — especially when they are influencing who you are today. When deeper traumas create mental health conditions, clinical care is appropriate and will be recommended as a supplement to our services.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders.

We clarify where you are, identify your challenges, determine what matters most right now, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create grounded next steps. The goal is practical clarity paired with emotional relief and renewed forward movement.
-
Our work is collaborative, judgment-free, and human. You bring your lived experience; I bring structure, perspective, and tools. We slow things down, make sense of what feels tangled, and build momentum toward the life you actually want.
This is less like traditional therapy/coaching and more like having someone who knows you in your corner –– a confidant or sounding board to help you navigate life’s challenges. Feels much more like a conversation with a good, empathetic and knowledgeable friend than being evaluated or analyzed.
-
My approach blends practical strategy with emotional clarity. I’m not here to give you generic motivation — we uncover what’s actually getting in the way, build clarity around your values, and create grounded next steps that feel doable and aligned.
